Policies: 

Cancellation: please give us at least 24 hours if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Please understand that 50% of the service will be charged if there is a last-minute cancellation within 24 hours.

A no-call, no-show will have to be charged for the full appointment before booking at another time with us. 

If you are 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, please understand we will have to reschedule your appointment. 

Our goal is to create a relaxing and safe space for you to enjoy your time in our studio. Therefore, we kindly ask you to leave your kids and pets at home. If you cannot make your appointment due to a lack of child or pet care, let us know, and we will reschedule your appointment.
